Zyxel SBG3300-N

The SBG3300-N Series is a wireless VDSL router and Gigabit Ethernet gateway. The ZyXEL SBG3300-N has been designed as a business-grade VDSL2 service gateway with speeds of up to 100Mbps downstream and up to 50Mbps upstream (PTM mode). With the Gigabit Ethernet uplink (WAN port), it can be connected to Ethernet or Fibre network via its Gigabit Ethernet uplink to become a Gigabit access gateway. It features multi-WAN (DSL/Ethernet/3G) fail-over and load balancing functions only previously found on high-end, complex network devices; this guarantees the Internet connection and minimises downtime, so that customers and employees can always stay online.
In case the Internet access is down, the device will automatically redirect all traffic over to the backup connections. The ZyXEL SBG3300-N features a 4-port Gigabit Ethernet switch with an 802.11n wireless AP for wireless devices. With the ZyXEL management GUI, administrators can maintain the office networks easily for office users to log in remotely. It has one DSL port and Gigabit Ethernet for super-fast Internet access over analog (POTS) telephone lines. The Device supports both Packet Transfer Mode (PTM) and Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM). It is backward compatible with ADSL, ADSL2 and ADSL2+ in case VDSL is not available. The ZyXEL SBG3300-N features a Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI) Firewall and Content Filtering. These help to prevent attacks and save customers from security threats. Web Site Filtering and Content Filtering are based on a large online database to prevent employees from accessing specific Web sites. SMB and SOHO users can implement their Web/FTP/Mail servers in a DMZ (Demilitarised Zone) while the IT staff can configure the DMZ to Ethernet ports (4 LAN, 1WAN) to guarantee smooth access for guests without worrying about network intrusion to the office LAN.
