ZOPO launches Color M4 Smartphone in India

ZOPO has launched its “Color M4” smartphone in India. The launch took place at an event in Lucknow which saw the presence of Sandeep Tomar (National Business Manager, ZOPO), along with all the channel partners, distributors and retailers of the east region of Uttar Pradesh. This event marked ZOPO’s entry into the eastern region of Uttar Pradesh.

The ZOPO Color M4 will be the lowest-priced 4GVoLTE smartphone available in the market among all the international brands present in India. With this smartphone, ZOPO aims to provide affordable smartphones to those who are looking forward to make a switch to smartphones. The smartphone has a leather finish and an exotic color range which will also capture the attention of the youth who form a major percentage of the smartphone segment.

The Color M4 spots a 4-inch WVGA display powered by a 64-bit Quad-Core, MediaTek MT6737M processor. It is backed up with 1GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 64 GB.

It has a 5MP primary camera with an LED Flash and a series of features like the panorama mode, geo tagging, smile shot mode, continuous shot mode and time lapse video and 2MP secondary camera comes with a face beauty mode. The smartphone also features a 1080p high video resolution playback and 720p video recording.

Connectivity options include dual-SIM, 4G bands, Bluetooth v4.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n. Powering all of the above is a 1,450mAh battery. It is a really lightweight device weighing just 114gms.

The smartphone comes with a leather finish and is available in the following color variants: Peach, Matte White, Caribbean Blue, Indigo and Charcoal Black. The handset runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and comes pre-loaded with apps like ZOPO Care and ZOPO World along with a keyboard that supports 25+ Indian regional languages.

Sandeep Tomar (National Business Manager, ZOPO India) said, “Lucknow launch marks the entry of ZOPO in the east region of UP. It has a total of 47 districts where we have appointed 34 distributors with 34 service centres in it. The Channel is well established and functioning now. This new model, the Color M4 will be a big hit, as there is no competition present at this price for the same specifications. A high standard VoLTE product is offered by no other international brand in India at the same price. We are looking to increase our volumes from this model and target a segment which no other international smartphone brand has touched so far. By this, the consumers will avail a fast and affordable mobile internet experience that will democratize 4GVoLTE usage in the country.”

The Color M4 also comes with an extra special 365 days replacement warranty. If there is hardware failure in any of ZOPO’s product within one year of its purchase, you can easily get it replaced with a brand new one from ZOPO’s service centre. The Color M4 will be available on all major offline retail showrooms from 25th April, 2017.
