ZOPO announces acquisition of 250 ZCPs and mega services camps

ZOPO Mobile has crossed a milestone by acquiring 250 ZOPO Care Partners (ZCPs) throughout India. It is a big achievement and in celebration to this achievement, ZOPO will be hosting a series of service camps in various cities in India.

ZOPO, after doing some extensive research on their customers found out that the customer’s service requirements reach to its peak during the Monsoon and Summer seasons. These camps have been arranged with the goal to educate and help customers to have a better understanding about the do’s and don’ts of a handset usage.

Sanjeev Batia, CEO of ZOPO Mobile, India said “The preventive service camp will also give users the opportunity to get all the major external parts of their ZOPO devices checked. It will include devices like battery, charger, headsets, etc. A software check will also be made along with the inspection of the key parts and the performance of the handsets. The customers will be briefed with ZOPO’s special 365 days replacement service policy along with the extended warranty of ZOPO so that they can make the maximum use of it.In addition, customers will also be able to get their hands on the new ZOPO smartphones. They will be briefed about the New and Upcoming launches of ZOPO Mobiles as well.”
