Zinnov rewards Enterprises and Individuals at "Confluence 2013"

Globalization and Market Expansion advisory firm, Zinnov, has hosted its annual globalization conference "Confluence 2013" themed "Unlocking India's Innovation Potential".

They are role models for the MNC technology community and we congratulate them on this achievement."

At the senior level, Technical Role Model was given to Pradip Kulkarni (Distinguished Engineer) of Symantec Software India Pvt. Ltd. Pune and Sairam Veeraswamy (Distinguished Engineer), of EMC Corporation. And for the mid-level category the awards were presented to Dr. Nisheeth Shrivastava, (Member Technical Staff), Alcatel-Lucent India Ltd. and Niranth Amogh, (Senior System Architect), Huawei Technologies India Pvt.Ltd.

For Thought Leadership- Jury and Nomination Based award, Suhas A. Kelkar, Chief Technology Officer (APAC), BMC Software India Pvt. Ltd. and Dr. Sanjay Bhatia, Director - Delivery Cross Group, Amdocs, India were the winners. 

Best in Class Ability to Create Next Generation Leaders category of award was given to EMC India Center of Excellence and Amdocs, India. The award for Most Successful Attrition Management award was bagged by Engineering R&D company -The India operations of Siemens Corporate Development Center and Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Limited, whereas Software R&D companies- SAP Labs India  and Allscripts India Pvt. Ltd. 

Another category of award ‘Ecosystem Enablement’ was given to Universities, Start-ups and service providers. Universities which were recognized with this award were IBM India Pvt. Ltd. and Microsoft Corporation India Pvt. Ltd.  Verisign Services India Private Limited and Microsoft Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. received this award in the Start-ups category. The service provider category award was honored to Microsoft Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. and NetApp India. 

Innovation – Potential to Solve Large Problems – External Jury and Nomination Based award was given to Honeywell Technology Solutions India and Honeywell Turbo Technologies India as well as Mercedes-Benz Research & Development India Pvt. Ltd. The last category of award which was named Great Place to Innovate – External Jury and Nomination Based was given to two established companies (EMC India Center of Excellence and Alcatel-Lucent India Ltd.) and one emerging company ( Broadridge Financial Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. ).
