Zendesk launches the Sell Marketplace with apps for Mailchimp, Dropbox, Pandadoc
Zendesk has announced the Zendesk Marketplace for Sell apps, which provides companies’ sales teams with a central place to access critical customer information from additional tools in the sales stack. Now, sales reps can access important customer context from various marketing, quoting, storage and invoicing tools directly within the Zendesk Sell interface to create a single, comprehensive profile of the prospective customer.
Zendesk Customer Experience Trends Report 2020, a comprehensive study of more than 45,000 global companies using Zendesk, found out that high-performing sales and service teams are successfully collaborating with an open and modern CRM platform in order to secure deals and achieve longer-term business success.
In addition to extending the capabilities of both Zendesk Sell and Support, the Zendesk Marketplace enables both sales and service teams to better understand each individual customer in order to provide a consistent experience.
Zendesk is a CRM company, with the addition of Sell apps to the Marketplace, offers a full range of benefits to companies, including -
Install apps and integrations from Sell partners including Mail chimp, Drop box, Paddock, and more
Get access to partner apps that include multiple Zendesk Support apps now enabled for Sell
Build integrations for Sell with other Zendesk products including Support and Chat to further increase product functionality
