Zaggle ropes in Paromita Deb Areng as its Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)

SaaS financial technology company Zaggle has named Paromita Deb Areng as its Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).

Paromita was previously the Group Lead– HR at pharmaceuticals company Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where she anchored the HR agenda for global corporate functions across India, the US, Europe, Russia and CISR countries.

Paromita holds an engineering degree, followed by an MBA from IIM Kozhikode. She will be responsible for designing and implementing Zaggle’s people strategy, spearheading key initiatives such as organisational work culture and talent management.

The company aims to hire professionals across several disciplines such as data scientists, business development, sales, and product tech as part of its strategy to build innovative solutions for corporate spends, while also meeting the needs of SMEs and startups.
