Xiaomi launches Xiaomi 14 Ultra and Xiaomi 14 in India

Xiaomi, a global leader in innovation, has launched the Xiaomi 14 Ultra and Xiaomi 14 from its latest flagship Xiaomi 14 Series in India today. Co-engineered with Leica, Xiaomi 14 Ultra and Xiaomi 14 take forward Xiaomi's legacy in mobile imaging in smartphone photography. The Xiaomi 14 Series are also Xiaomi's first smartphone devices that are powered by the Xiaomi HyperOS out of the box.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra: Pinnacle of smartphone imagery

Drawing inspiration from professional camera aesthetics, Xiaomi 14 Ultra stands out with its distinctive circular camera module and a streamlined flat back design. It features a professional 50MP quad-camera setup with focal lengths ranging from 12mm ultra-wide, 23mm primary, 75mm telephoto to the 120mm periscope lens. The main camera boasts a stepless variable aperture (ƒ/1.63-ƒ/4.0) for seamless exposure adjustments, supported by a 1-inch LYT-900 image sensor with a high dynamic range of up to 14EV (exposure value).

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra also features our Master Portrait Lens System, offering focal lengths of 23mm, 35mm, 50mm, and 75mm, guaranteeing impeccable portraits in any situation.

Fastshot Mode that can capture moments in just 0.7 seconds, pays homage to hyperfocal photography style with versatile focal length support spanning from 23mm to 135mm and a precision rangefinder.

Ultra Videography

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra also pushes forward our videography capabilities to a professional level, supporting 8K shooting on all four cameras. Not only can you record videos in Dolby Vision but also can edit and watch in Dolby Vision giving a true end-to-end visual experience.

The new Movie mode introduces cinematic 2.39:1 aspect ratio, rack focusing and cinematic bokeh. Director mode provides advanced controls, and can connect multiple supported devices and use them in a multi camera setup.

Design and Durability

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra features professional-camera-like aesthetics. The unibody metal structure enhances durability and adds a premium touch which makes Xiaomi 14 Ultra, while the nano-tech Vegan Leather adds a premium feel and improves wear resistance by 6 times. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra comes in two classic colors - Black and White. Xiaomi Shield Glass provides 10 times higher drop protection while IP68 rating ensures protection against dust and water.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra's Quad Curved Display ensures the best of both a flat screen and curved screen experience without any of the drawbacks of either. The 2K 120Hz LTPO AMOLED screen ensures stunning clarity while Dolby Vision® and Dolby Atmos delivers an immersive audio visual experience. The 17.09 cms (6.73) display on the Xiaomi 14 Ultra reaches a peak brightness of 3000 nits ensuring visibility even under harshest light and supports 68 billion+ colours.

Xiaomi 14: Redefining Flagship Smartphone Experience

The Xiaomi 14 boasts a perfectly sized design with an immersive 16.15 cms (6.36) display perfect in hand feel. Its ultra-thin bezel and an in-display fingerprint scanner. The 3D curved back, is available in Jade Green, Black and White with PVD treated aluminium sides ensuring a premium feel.

The Xiaomi 14 bring the latest technology in terms of optics with Summilux lenses Co-Engineered by Leica. The primary ƒ/1.6 lens is mated to a custom Light Fusion 900 sensor that ensures incredible output and an amazing 13.5EV native high dynamic range. It also features two other 50MP sensors on the 14mm Ultra-wide and 75mm Telephoto lens, the latter of which is also capable of capturing supermacros courtesy the floating telephoto lens module.
