Websense adds Monitoring Solution to TRITON Portfolio

Websense has announced that its new TRITON RiskVision monitoring solution can bring industry-leading data loss prevention and multi-layer sandboxing technology to customers seeking to stay ahead of advanced threats. With the industry’s most advanced threat identification capabilities, TRITON RiskVision can go beyond simple malware identification with heuristics, behavioural analysis and sandboxing. Organizations with RiskVision can detect when criminals try to conceal data theft through proprietary and custom-encrypted data.
TRITON RiskVision combines real-time APT defences, global security intelligence, file sandboxing and industry-leading data loss/data theft detection into a single appliance.
Administrators have immediate access to automated TRITON RiskVision risk assessment reports to quickly gain insight into their security posture. From there, administrators can access more than 60 pre-defined/customizable reports, threat dashboards and forensic details to get a complete view of their security incidents. Automatic email alerts to administrators also warn of suspicious activity and potential data theft in real time, enabling a rapid response to interrupt the attacks.
Russ Dietz, CTO, Websense, stated, Today’s advanced threats are often invisible to traditional web security solutions and simple threat monitoring. Organizations need rapid intelligence to outmaneuver cybercriminals. TRITON RiskVision outperforms other technologies by providing immediate visibility into the cyber threat landscape and actionable data to facilitate swift network security reinforcement.
Websense TRITON RiskVision detects advanced threats, data theft/loss attempts and conducts behavioural forensic analysis all of which help IT departments quickly counter cybercriminal activities. It is a part of the overall Websense TRITON product portfolio, which provides intelligently integrated web, email and data protection.
