How do you see CORSAIR moving in terms of the technology, innovations and gaming market?
Founded in 1994, we have grown from a single performance memory product line into a leading global provider of high-performance branded computer products, including components, peripherals, complete systems and enthusiast memory. Additional features being the first step of development, we at CORSAIR keep innovation a continuous process. In the strong competitive market our products are making a mark in securing consumers’ mindshare while they experience the stunning quality.
Please talk about your standout products, services and why should an end customer trust your brand?
Quality of CORSAIR is synonymous to trust towards the brand. CORSAIR product features, specifications, and service are world class which helps in creating winners out of gamers.
CORSAIR invests a lot in R&D and the team itself is gamers. Product creation at CORSAIR is due to demand from gamers. We always listen to our customers to take feedback about their requirements and then invest in launching the product. CORSAIR products stand out against competitors due to the fact of its features like in keyboards we have the keyboard for every type of users i.e. brown switch for reliability and accuracy, speed for speed.
Every product of CORSAIR is associated with a specific feature and task. We are the first to launch the cherry keys mechanical keyboard. With a sophisticated noise dampening system integrated into each key, CORSAIR keyboards offer legendary precision and feel of German-engineered Cherry MX mechanical key switches.
Where are the big growth opportunities in this segment and how do you plan to target these?
With the gaming industry flourishing in India there are ample opportunities available for growth. It’s the right time to invest in CORSAIR to take future advantage. We see growth in Tier II & III cities, where channel partners can make the most out of CORSAIR. This is where recommending CORSAIR would help partners and the company to grow. Selling through channel partners allows us to reach new markets, launch new products and service customers effectively. It is very important for us to have the same synergy among us to move ahead. By promoting brand CORSAIR the channel partners fetch a fair amount of margin which is evading other entry-level brands.
We deal with our channel partners exceptionally well and extend our full cooperation to them. Our partners have had no unpleasant customer feedbacks and always had a healthy image in the market.
