Can you share about various innovations you bring for the BFSI industry?
We offer several next-gen solutions for customers looking to solve their Payments problems. For e.g., we help them build modern payment platforms, payment device solutions, M & E-Commerce solutions, modern merchant management solutions – many of them integrated with machine learning-led insights for better decision making. Our focus areas are cloud solutions, agile architecture leveraging micro services, APIs for easy integration with applications, machine learning & AI solutions for next-gen process automation & intelligent decision making. We leverage our strong technology experience, focus on innovation and commitment to help our clients navigate through complex digital goals and unforgettable customer experiences.
As an Indian company what are the milestones Opus has achieved in US and other part of the world?
We are a company headquartered in the US but majority of our workforce is based out of India. We have been in the industry for over twenty years, and have delivered over 400 projects for more than 80 customers. We have successfully solved over 100 business problems and have built more than 90 solutions. When we started what set us apart was our focus on the domain and we are glad our focus has been unwavering since then. We work with leading American financial services organizations and help them deliver seamless customer experiences and build solutions for the market a lot faster.
What are the core competencies of Opus and how have u pencilled the growth in the next one year down the line?
Opus specializes in building solutions for Payments Processing, Card & Account Management and Risk & Fraud. We are leveraging our vast experience in payments systems and skills in disruptive technologies like Machine Learning and Cloud Computing to offer next-gen solutions for customers looking to solve their Payments problems. For instance, we are helping our clients build M & E-Commerce solutions, payment device solutions, modern payment platforms and modern merchant management solutions.
What about your R&D capabilities and how your solution results in optimization of various services in the banking industry?
We have a large development in Pune with over 400 employees. We also have our own Innovation Centre at our Pune office, which brings together our talent that focuses on next gen solutions. R&D today is very experiential; so we work with our customers to build proof of concepts, use cases and accelerators on very specific pain areas and they appreciate the value that brings to our partnership.
In the era of disruption, where cyber security is predominantly the most challenging factor, what are the technologies you have adopted to make the system robust and hack proof?
Our customers can leverage our proven solutions to combat fraud through the entire consumer lifecycle, powered by reliable authorization engines. We offer EMV Processing Solutions, AML & Compliance Systems, Dispute & Chargeback Management, Fraud Management, Regulatory Compliance and Real time risk assessment. We are a PCI DSS compliant organization and have robust processes in place to protect customer data. We use our distinctive machine learning led accelerators to ensure faster assimilation of fraud prevention and prediction into more comprehensive solutions. We have a proactive approach where we thoroughly understand our customers’ problems and identify potential risk & fraud situations. Moreover, our experience with integrated solutions across channels ensures that we can offer our users better oversight for effective fraud detection.
