“Basically we have gone through implementing of SAP in our organization. So currently our key challenge is to make it mobile friendly. Cyber Security is another of them. Once you are going to sync with mobile, then we have to think about how we can make it safer.
We are a transmission company and have already 350 sub-stations. We're trying to adopt remote monitoring because we are trying to make them an unmanned sub-station. We have a national center in Manesar from where we can monitor all stations without any human intervention.”
