Videocon's Connect Broadband ties up with MobiKwik
Videocon’s Connect Broadband has collaborated with “MobiKwik” to offer and promote cashless digital transactions. As a part of this strategic tie-up, any Connect broadband customer who makes his Connect broadband bill payment using the MobiKwik wallet service can avail a cashback of up to Rs.150 or 15% of the bill amount, whichever is lower.
Arvind Bali, CEO of Connect Broadband, said, “At Connect, we continuously look for ways and means to enhance customer experience, meet and exceed customer expectations and delight them. This strategic tie-up with MobiKwik is yet another endeavour in that direction. Digital transactions or call it ‘cashless transactions’ are one of the most recommended modes of payment now, and what more could one expect than getting rewarded for using this fast-growing mode of payment mode. Currently, only about 29% of our customers are using digital modes to make their bill payments, and I am sure that with this unique tie-up, this percentage will climb up to 50% within the next couple of months.”
User convenience is the core of our service and supporting the country’s vision into a cashless economy, we have partnered with MobiKwik to enable our users in paying their bills digitally, seamlessly and securely from their phones. I am certain that our users will find this offering extremely convenient.”
Vineet K. Singh, Chief Business Officer, MobiKwik, added, “We are proud to partner with Connect Broadband in their endeavour to go cashless and join the digital revolution currently taking place in our country. Cashless is the new way to pay in 2017 that makes payments swift, and users can now pay their broadband bill within seconds, effortlessly from their handphone.”
