Vicor to present Webinar Series on HVDC Power Systems
Vicor Corporation has announced to highlight the upcoming trends, innovations and power design strategies for high-voltage DC distribution on December 5 & 12 as part of its webinar series. The webinar will also feature expert design tips and techniques aimed at optimizing power solution design. The new two-part webinar series will be presented by Stephen Oliver, Vice-President of Vicor’s VI Chip division, and he will help educate attendees about the benefits of high-voltage DC (HVDC) distribution and help them keep pace with accelerating mainstream adoption of HVDC architectures and systems.
In this two-part webinar series, Stephen Oliver will provide attendees with an overview of HVDC distribution and the factors and considerations that are driving rapid HVDC adoption. These sessions will cover industry-specific HVDC requirements, enabling topologies and components, and practical design approaches that optimize new and legacy equipment for HVDC.
