Veeam: The most trusted provider of backup solutions

"Veeam had a tremendous year where we have achieved $1.2 billion run rate revenue. It is a 100% channel centric company. This is an opportunity for all partners to earn revenue from a bottom-line part also. 82% of our revenue is also coming from Fortune 500 companies and last but not the least, the Net Promoter Score. I think more important is that the software revenue which we are clocking and the one which we are growing at the rate when the industry itself is growing approximately around 2.9% to 3%. We continue to grow at 25%. Also, we continue to lead the conversations with customers and they prefer to adopt Veeam for their complete availability suite.

We started with virtual and it started with VMware, then Hyper V, then Nutanix HP and now it has everything, all the hypervisor which means anything which is virtualized, we can protect that data. When you look at any cloud, whether AWS, Azure GCP, or any private cloud, we are in a position to protect that data. The beauty of Veeam is not only for protection, but the beauty of Veeam is for all. Whether you look at physical, virtual, cloud, everything has been protected with a one single license, that is the investment protection Veeam brings in.
Veeam is the only one with the same single license. You can do multiple things; you can take the modular approach also. Veeam starts with backup, but it also goes into monitoring and analytics, cloud mobility, DR orchestration. You can use Veeam licenses for the migration purpose as well.
People started adopting containers and Kubernetes big time. As I speak to a lot of BFSI, or telco customers, they are the one who are adopting this really well, when it comes to on premises. Veeam acquired the company two years back - Caston, who provides the protection and availability solution for containers and Kubernetes. I think Veeam is all about choice, whether you look at choice of hypervisor, hardware, or it can be a choice of cloud also and it is all about choice which Veeam brings in. If we bring a change in people's lives, that gives us more satisfaction.
We have seen so many companies getting attacked by ransomware which means we need to be more proactive. We realized that the legacy protection may not be the right one and that is where Veeam comes in, and gives a solution that protects not only the legacy workloads, but also the modern workload over there. We have solved the problems for a lot of customers."
