Veeam records 41st consecutive quarter of double-digit growth

Veeam Software has announced its Q3 2018 results, with strong growth figures across the Indian and APJ market. Veeam recorded more than 20% year-over-year (YoY) growth in bookings, marking a 41st consecutive quarter of double-digit growth globally. With 59,000 Veeam ProPartners till date, Veeam’s Alliances business grew by 128% YoY in Q3 2018. In India, Veeam witnessed 52% YoY growth in bookings and 46% YoY growth in net new customers.
At VeeamON 2018, the software company revealed its vision and strategy to be the most- trusted provider of Intelligent Data Management solutions in today’s multi-cloud world. Having worked tirelessly to deliver on this vision, in Q3’18, Veeam’s cloud business grew by 26% YoY.
“As customers move away from legacy solutions and discover the power of Intelligent Data Management, Veeam has been developing strong momentum across APJ. We’re very proud of the growth Veeam has shown in Q3, with bookings increasing by 42% year-on-year, and new license orders for enterprise up by 56% year-on-year. As we begin to rely more heavily on data, Availability is becoming essential for all organisations from SMB to the enterprise,” said Shaun McLagan, Senior Vice-President, APJ for Veeam. “The Veeam team is very excited to see this steady growth across APJ, and we are looking forward to continue the success with our partners,” added Shaun.

Over the past 18 months, Veeam has strengthened its focus on Alliance partners, with Q3’18 growth accelerating exponentially. During the quarter, Veeam announced Veeam Availability for Nutanix AHV, expanded collaboration with Cisco to deliver Veeam High Availability on Cisco HyperFlex and added fourth resale partner, Lenovo, to the reseller relationships the company has with HPE, Cisco and NetApp.
