Digital transformation has widened India's possibility of innovation in every aspect of its economic engine and even enabled optimization of resources across all sectors. This will further push the discussion on addressing the skill gap in the industry. Government, industry, and academia will need to collaborate further to promote reskilling and upskilling in order to update current skillsets and to strengthen them. Tech Mahindra is focused on leveraging new-age technologies like automation, artificial intelligence, 5G, cyber security among others to unlock innovation and fuel our ambitions of becoming a digital leader.
