Uniper partners with Publicis.Sapient for digital transformation
Uniper has appointed Publicis.Sapient as it accelerates its business transformation strategy and sets out to equip clients with an industry-leading suite of digitally connected products and services.
The company will evolve its world-class energy and engineering services – with core competencies in plant operations, production support and asset and field services – through the provision of a portfolio of fully digitized operations services and applications aimed at driving growth and efficiency for its generation asset based clients.
Uniper, working with Publicis.Sapient, has unveiled the B2B portal “Enerlytics” as the platform through which its client-centric digital transformation will be realized. Enerlytics will host existing and future applications to support Uniper’s portfolio of value-adding client services, including condition monitoring, performance management, risk management and maintenance planning.
Uniper will use the Enerlytics digital platform to enhance its engineering expertise with data insights and provide clients with a 360-degree view of their plant operational performance through an executive dashboard. The new platform will combine custom-built analytics and real-time reporting and personalised software tools. The portal is already being used by selected Uniper clients.
The Uniper and Publicis.Sapient partnership is representative of a vital step forward in world- class energy and engineering innovation. It will act as a stepping stone toward agile empowerment and innovative business solutions. From UX and front-end development to market and product strategy, the partnership will optimise Uniper’s delivery of strategic business transformation so that it is integrated with the connected services world.
Pete Davies, Head of Software Engineering & Data Science, Uniper, says, “Enerlytics brings to the market a newly-developed digital business strategy that will disrupt our business chain so that it meets the requirements of today’s modern world.
