Unified AI- and ML-powered observability solution
In today's digital landscape, providing a seamless customer experience has become a top priority for IT operations teams. They are increasingly turning to observability and AI-Ops to achieve this. However, the study found that organizations face several challenges while adopting both technologies.
We can’t deny the fact that, Large enterprises are increasingly focused on providing a superior digital experience to customers. With the proliferation of digital channels such as websites, mobile apps, social media, and messaging platforms, customers have come to expect seamless and personalized interactions across all touchpoints.
At the same time, Small and medium-sized enterprises can struggle with adopting a clear strategy for implementing AI-Ops. AI-Ops is a complex and rapidly-evolving field that requires specialized knowledge and expertise to implement effectively. SMEs may not have the resources or expertise in-house to develop and execute an AI-Ops strategy.
Large enterprises will continue to prioritize their move to the cloud in 2023. The cloud has become a critical component of modern IT infrastructure, providing numerous benefits such as scalability, flexibility, cost efficiency, and improved agility.
The primary challenge with observability was a lack of understanding. More than 57% of the IT decision makers who responded stated that their organization was not fully familiar with the concept of observability. Similarly, more than 65% of respondents said their organizations lacked a proper understanding of AI-Ops and its use cases. Other common challenges include technical complexity, concerns about cost and return on investment, and lack of a clear implementation strategy. Organizations thus run the risk of not deriving the full value of observability and AI-Ops if they don't address the knowledge gaps that exist currently.
Observability and AI-Ops are rapidly gaining importance in modern IT operations, and it's not surprising that many organizations are planning to implement these technologies in the near future. According to industry research, it is estimated that 45% of organizations will focus on implementing Observability and AI-Ops in 2023.
Customer expectations today have skyrocketed, leaving no room for the possibility of the slightest downtime or service disruption. To stay ahead, IT teams must ditch siloed management and embrace IT-Ops solutions with advanced AI- and ML-powered observability. In fact, 62% of the respondents said that a unified ITOM solution with observability and AI-Ops functions would help them to proactively identify performance bottlenecks.
