Ultimate Sun Systems ropes in Sabyasachi Pattanaik as VP – Business Development

Ultimate Sun Systems has appointed Sabyasachi Pattanaik as Vice-President – Business Development.

According to the company, Sabyasachi has 18.5+ years of all-round experience in Infrastructure, Energy, and Power industries. He is skilled in international/strategic business development, sales & marketing, solution and project sales, policy advocacy, strategic alliance, brand management, and team management.

In his new role, Sabyasachi oversees new business development, and is also responsible for driving overall marketing & sales strategies. Apart from that, he is actively involved in fund raising, developing equity partnerships, and forming strategic alliances.

Sabyasachi previously served as the Head of Business Strategy, Development, Sales & Marketing at GP Green Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd (A partner of Güssing Renewable Energy, Austria). While here, he was involved in new business development, brand building strategies, and identification & segregation of potential market segments for the EPC Company. He was also involved in providing end-to-end solution from concept to commissioning for EPC turnkey projects. Furthermore, he played a key role in closing a contract worth Rs.15 crore, apart from building a pipeline worth Rs.26 crore during the FY 2015-16.
