We are a channel-driven business, and our Partner Program (in addition the Partner Boost program) continues to aid partners, especially in India and APJ region making collaboration easier with high profitability. Through our various upskilling and cross-selling programs, portfolio adjustments, training, certifications, incentives, and demand generation support, we ensure that partners have increased engagement scopes with customers, strong cyber resilience, and digital capability scores with more opportunities for higher revenue generation.
A key aspect of our partnership model is fostering two-way conversations with our partners, which leads to growth and enables them to be more connected with their clients. During the pandemic, we had conducted more online enablement sessions for the partner ecosystem to facilitate open communication and help them grow amidst the uncertainty. Moving forward, our partner program will focus on providing greater opportunities to partners through the five key areas of Accelerate Application Delivery, Modernize Core Systems, Simplify IT Transformation, Strengthen Cyber Resilience and Analyze Data in Time to Act.”
