Online collaboration tools have become increasingly sophisticated since the pandemic, and hybrid mutlicloud infrastructures have largely supported this. A great strategy for business has been the shift to ‘Everything as a Service’ model, which means that every organisation can figure out what works for them, and also stay flexible to the needs of their people without expensive vendor lock-ins.

The future of work will no doubt continue to evolve based on the needs of clients, employers and employees.
