Tensions in the Middle East as Iran Strikes Israel !!

As air raid sirens blared across Israeli cities, including Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, the skies became a battleground, with Israeli, US, UK, and Jordanian forces intercepting missiles and drones launched from Iran. However, Israel’s multi-layered air defenses and close cooperation with allies kept the impact to a minimum.

China, a key player in the international arena, called for restraint and urged all parties to prioritize dialogue over confrontation. The ongoing crisis, exacerbated by the recent Gaza conflict, underscores the urgent need for a ceasefire and concerted diplomatic efforts to defuse tensions. India, expressing grave concern over the escalating hostilities, emphasized the importance of de-escalation and a return to diplomatic channels.

Air India on April 14 decided to temporarily suspend flights to Tel Aviv amid escalating tensions between Israel and Iran. An official said the direct flights between Delhi and Tel Aviv will be suspended for now.

India is seriously concerned at the escalation of hostilities between Israel and Iran that threatens the peace and security in the West Asia region. Moreover, the reliance on sophisticated air defense systems by both Israel and Iran underscores the critical role of technology in modern warfare.
