Tenon Group deploys FM services for Hyderabad Metro
Facility management firm, Tenon FM has secured the contract from Keolis Hyderabad Mass Rapid Transit System Limited (KHMRTS), for providing facility management services at the Hyderabad Metro Rail. One of the world’s largest metro projects in a public-private partnership mode, the Hyderabad Metro Rail covers a distance of 69.2 km, allowing for excellent connectivity and economic activity across the city.
Tenon FM will offer facility management services that meet international standards. They will provide housekeeping, technical services, safe cleaning chemicals and consumables, waste management services, pest control, and other ad-hoc services as needed under the contract. A total of 368 specialized staff is being deployed currently to maintain the standards and hygiene of all the metro stations.
On signing the contract, Major Manjit Rajain, Global Chairman, Tenon Group of Companies said, “We are looking forward to providing our services to the Hyderabad Metro Rail and are delighted to do so. As one of the major metro rail systems in the nation, we will lend our expertise in facility management to ensure that all metro station protocols are followed. We anticipate a productive partnership with the KHMRTS. Our qualified professionals completed extensive training in accordance with international standards to work efficiently.”
