Tata DoCoMo partners with McFadyen

Tata DoCoMo Business Services (TDBS) has announced successful deployment of Information & Communications Technology (ICT) solutions for McFadyen, a market leader of Oracle Commerce Solutions (ATG & Endeca) implementing large-scale digital commerce and digital marketing solutions globally. The solutions offered by TDBS help McFadyen in achieving greater employee’s satisfaction, enhanced team collaboration and infrastructure optimization.

McFadyen required a robust ICT solution that would integrate seamlessly with its office communication servers and allow connectivity between office personnel across their global offices. The company also required a high-quality enterprise infrastructure for Unified Communication that would integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Outlook, Lync, and Polycom audio/video conferencing system leveraging Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Trunking technology. TDBS offered two domestic SIP Trunk connections in Kochi and Trivandrum that allowed McFadyen in connecting with its employees globally.
