Tata Docomo Business Services receives CII Award for Customer Obsession 2016

Tata Docomo Business Services (TDBS) has received the CII Award for Customer Obsession 2016, in the Services segment for Large Business Organization and the Award recognizes businesses that demonstrate the highest level of commitment towards their customers by following a “customer first” approach and continuously promote customer-centric culture across their value chain.
