Tanujj Garg calls Taapasee Pannu ’female Ayushmaan’

After Taapsee Pannu bagged the Best actress (critics) Filmfare 2020 award for her role in Saand Ki Aankh (2019), Director Tanujj Garg congratulated her via tweet and called her ‘female Ayushmaan Khurana’. Replying to his post Tapsee wrote, “What about calling me Bollywood’s first Tapasee Pannu?” To this Garg replied back, "That you are! Inimitable, singular, distinctive!"
The film 'Saand Ki Aankh' based on the life of sharpshooters Chandro and Prakashi Tomar, was directed by Tushar Hiranandani and co-produced by Anurag Kashyap.
