SunTec expands India operations with a new development center in Chennai
SunTec Business Solutions inaugurated its new development center in TRIL Ramanujam IT City, Chennai. SunTec also has offices and development centers in Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi and Bengaluru.
SunTec is looking to expand its talent base and strengthen its product development capabilities as well as bolster its SaaS offerings by hiring over 200 professionals in product engineering and global delivery across all locations. The facility currently has about 50 employees and is expected to house 125 employees at capacity.
SunTec will also invest over USD 10 million over the next 3 years in engineering, R&D and infrastructure. The Chennai center will enable SunTec to further strengthen its foothold in India, deepen relationships with clients across the globe and offer enhanced capabilities.
SunTec delivers a value exchange model to its customers which will significantly enhance their revenue management, for which the new center will play a crucial role. According to research the revenue management market is estimated to be in excess of USD 16 billion dollars and will grow at a CAGR of 10% over the next five years.
SunTec’s relationship-based pricing solution helps banks to create and adopt personalized pricing models based on customer needs and leverage the broader industry ecosystem. SunTec’s cloud-agnostic platform – Xelerate – enables banks to strengthen their infrastructure by modernizing core systems and track the profitability of all products across the enterprise value chain.
SunTec has offices in UAE, USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Singapore, Australia, and India. The company currently has about 650 employees across all functions and locations and its product portfolio includes solutions for relationship-based pricing and billing, product rationalization, offers, deals and loyalty programs management, indirect taxation compliance and e-invoicing, among others.
