"As a channel-first company, Sophos’ business model revolves around our channel partners. We have designed our products and services in a manner that enables our partners to effectively address all their customers’ security concerns, and to increase their profitability by offering Sophos’ next-generation end-to-end cybersecurity and MDR (Managed Detection & Resolution) services.
In order to provide our partners with the processes, tools and knowledge that they need to succeed, we periodically collect feedback from them. One mechanism for this is anonymous Partner Surveys. These surveys enable our partners to share feedback on their experience of doing business with Sophos, including rating our processes, and suggesting areas for improvement.
Our Partner Program is built on the following key parameters -
Simplicity and Transparency: The Sophos Global Partner Program clearly defines and informs our channel partners on the registration process, enablement tools, training, and growth path opportunities available through the program.
Partner Profitability: Our partner program rewards commitment to Sophos. The more committed partners are to us, the higher the profitability they can achieve. Partners can attain profitability under two aspects of our partner program - Tiered Discounts and Margin Retention Opportunities.
Partner Enablement: The training modules under our partner program enable partners to be responsive to the changing needs of today’s cybersecurity. These training empower our partners to tackle common trends that are impacting our industry."
