Sonam criticizes Media house calling her post on 'Mr India 2' a 'rant'

Sonam Kapoor has criticised a media outlet for calling her post, wherein she condemned the 'Mr India' trilogy announcement by Ali Abbas Zafar, a "rant". "It's so sexist to call a woman's well worded statement a rant. Get a new copy writer," she wrote. Sonam had said the makers didn't consult her father Anil Kapoor or filmmaker Shekhar Kapur before the announcement.
In turn Sonam is also criticised for associating the word ‘rant’ with ‘woman’ and ‘sexist’. People cannot associate these three words with each other. There were repetitive questions asked how the word rant is only associated with women.
