SKF chooses Dassault Systemes' solution to optimize master production scheduling
SKF has chosen Dassault Systèmes’ DELMIA Quintiq applications to implement a planning solution for its master production scheduling needs. The solution, which enhances visibility and improves decision-making capabilities, will be implemented at the company’s Gothenburg plant before proceeding to a global roll-out.
DELMIA Quintiq applications will help to further improve SKF’s planning capabilities globally, supporting the company´s ambition to develop world-class manufacturing processes.
Founded in 1907, SKF has 103 manufacturing sites in 24 countries. Apart from bearings and seals, the company also provides mechatronics, condition monitoring and lubrication systems and services to cater to the needs of its customers. SKF aims to be the undisputed leader in the bearings business.
