Six ICT companies participated in Italia India
Italia India 2017 saw participation of six ICT companies from Italy looking at India opportunity.
The ICT companies participating in Italia India are: AccessoryLine, BIT4ID, ELETTRONICA, MIROPASS, Olivetti and Sparkle.
ICT companies which is part of Italia India 2017 (Italy-India business forum) looking for India opportunities are:
1. AccessoryLine - Leading Italian accessories brand for Apple products for smartphone and tablet accessories
2. BIT4ID - Develops and market products, systems and services for a digital identity based on PKI (public key infrastructure) for the security of information technologies
3. ELETTRONICA - Focus on cyber electronic warfare and intelligence
4. MIROPASS - TUPASSI is a software platform by Miropass Srl. The product has been developed with a view to planning and managing hospitality, avoiding queing
5. Olivetti - Focusing on M2M, IoT, cloud computing
6. Sparkle - Leading global service provider offering full range of IP, data, cloud, data centre, mobile data and voice solutions
Over 60 companies, 6 industrial associations, and trade associations, 4 univerisities and research centres, 8 banks, CDP group, a total of 150 participants and more than 800 business to business meetings (B2B) between Italian and Indian companies. These are the multi-sectoral mission that will address New Delhi and Mumbai with specific focus on infrastructure and contraction, machinery, automotive, renewable energy and ICT.
The high profile business mission is promoted by Italian Ministries of Economic Development and Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and organised by Italian Trade Agency, Confindsutria (Confederation of Italian Industry), ABI (Italian Banker's Association), Unioncamere (Union of Italian Chambers of Commerce) and Rete Imprese Italia (Network of Italian Enterprises) in collaboration with FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) and CII (Confederation of Indian Industry).
The delegation is led by deputy minister of economic development, Ivan Scalfarooto along with Michele Scannavini, president of Italian Trade Agency, Licia Mattloll, vice president of Confindustria for Internationalisation and Guido Rosa, vice president, ABI (Italian Banker's Association) for internationalisation.
With a trade exchange of over 7.5 billion Euros in 2016, Italy is India's fifth trading partner among the EU countries, with more that 500 companies present, with technological and production skills.
