So before transitioning to Google Workspace most of the time, customers who are on legacy plans shifting to cloud is a big hindrance. We at Shivaami with our well-certified team efficiently manage these challenges by training, to bring about successful adoption of cloud solutions and Google Workspace apps for day-to-day use. 

As there are multiple cloud-based solutions available in the market providing the same function and features which makes it difficult to convince the customer for which solution they should choose for their business enhancement and growth which they are not able to do due to lack of product awareness.
