ShepHertz solution sees at Future Decoded
ShepHertz has highlighted one of their verticalized solutions at Future Decoded – Microsoft’s biggest annual tech-business convention on 21st & 22nd February, 2017 at JW Marriot Mumbai Sahar. The solution was showcased at the “Engage Your Customers” theme at the event where a retail white goods store was set up for the delegates to walk through and get a guided tour of what an omni-channel retail experience feels like. The technology was powered by ShepHertz App42 Platform that provides enterprises with a single view of the customers across all channels and helps in seamless transition of user data for seamless and personalized customer experience.
ShepHertz team had created a customized app and a website to highlight how typical buyer journey usually happens these days. People start surfing on the web, then go to the store to check out that product, but end up purchasing on the app because of discounts and offers and eventually share the feedback on social media. The app and website were designed to give deep dive of how technology can be embraced for transforming this customer journey and retail experience digitally. The delegates expressed their delight and were very keen on understanding on how a retail store could keep track of user history and know when the user is stepping in the store after viewing any product on the website. They were, then, given a demo of how the omni-channel retail experience was made possible by ShepHertz App42 Platform using features like deep segmentation, geofencing, graphical user journey, comprehensive user profile, beacon-based notifications, prediction & sentiment analysis, and the like.

ShepHertz had a separate booth where they highlighted the challenges faced in omni-channel digital transformation and how their solution is helping the large enterprises in accelerating digitization. The event comes as a follow-up of successful Future Unleashed, that happened in November 2015 and had keynote speeches by multiple industry experts across different business verticals. With names like Microsoft CEO, Satya Nadella, CTO, Norm Judah along with Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu and Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis graced the event, the conclave had industry-focussed Immersive Zones for invitees to engage with businesses who have digitally transformed themselves.
