Servion bags Contract from Fastway Transmissions
Servion Global Solutions has announced winning a Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Voice Portal (CVP) implementation contract from Northern India’s cable distributor Fastway Transmissions. With the deployment of the Unified Communications solution, Fastway will be able to streamline its business processes, accelerate decision-making, enhance customer experience and control the costs.
