“IT has crucial role in our organization. Now the management is open to discuss about new technology and are already in a discussion about IoT usage in our organization. Now we are focusing about our machine data to analyze to take corrective action. We are open for automation so that we can reduce production time cycle. The management is also eager to get right information at right time with right people and as fast as possible.
We are open for cloud computing but not for open source software. We may go to cloud in year 2020 with SAP S-4 HANA, and are in process to get artificial intelligence technology to be used.
Nowadays IT is not only the support or service function, but it is a part of business growth. IT has to take care of users’ pain area. Using IT tools, we are enabling or facilitating our users to perform task batter and secure manner.”
