Samsung launches Wireless Power Bank and Charging Pad

Samsung India has launched two new products in the Indian market, one is a Wireless Power Bank and the other is Wireless Charging Duo Pad. The two devices are Qi certified and allow users to wirelessly charge their wireless charging enabled smartphones and other Qi certified smartphones. 

The Wireless Power Bank and Wireless Charging Duo Pad are also compatible with Samsung’s wearable range such as Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Watch, besides Galaxy Smartphones.

“The new wireless charging devices - with their best-in-class technology and gorgeous design are yet another example of ‘Samsung First’ innovations aimed to deliver distinct experiences to our consumers. The Wireless Power Bank and Wireless Charging Duo Pad will be a perfect fit for new-age consumers who are always connected and on the go. We hope that our new wireless charging devices will delight our consumers by giving them a seamless experience of a truly wireless life,” said Aditya Babbar, Director, Mobile Business, Samsung India.

The Wireless Power Bank is priced at Rs 3,699 and available for purchase in two colours- Silver and Pink. The Wireless Charger Duo Pad is priced at Rs 5,999 and available in Black and White colours. Both these products will be available across all leading retail stores, Samsung e-Shop and Samsung Opera House. 

These products will soon be available on Amazon and Flipkart, the company said in a statement.

The power bank comes with a large 10,000mAh capacity with options to charge two devices at once (1 wireless and 1 wired). It supports Adaptive Fast Charging and Quick Charge 2.0 in both wired and wireless charging.

The device is compatible with Samsung S series and Note devices (Galaxy S6 and above), Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Watch range and all Qi certified devices from other brands.

The Wireless Duo Pad allows charging multiple devices with its dual charging pads. This is designed keeping the wearable ecosystem in mind where consumers can charge Galaxy S10 and Galaxy watch at the same time without the hassle of multiple chargers. The Wireless Charger Duo supports all Galaxy Watches along with Galaxy Buds.
