SA Global Advisors helps Nihilent in its acquisition of Hypercollective

Nihilent has recently announced its acquisition of Hypercollective, a cross-disciplinary innovations agency, which brings unique digital design, creative and consumer research capabilities.

SA Global Advisors served as an exclusive advisor to Nihilent in this acquisition process. The acquisition bridges the gap between technology consulting and creative execution which is in line with Nihilent’s long-term M&A strategy to propel Digital Transformation capabilities and growth.

Nihilent’s core philosophy of creating a larger growth platform and integrated-model for entrepreneurial companies and maximizing collective strengths is further validated by this deal.  As part of this acquisition, creative guru, KV Sridhar, popularly known as 'Pops,' former Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Hypercollective, will also take on the Chief Creative Officer role and continue to look after all creative initiatives at Nihilent.
