Rockstand creates Knowledge Exchange Platform – Rock Connect

Rockstand Digital has announced the launch of social reading network for Book and Magazine readers – Rock Connect on its application Rockstand. With a facility to connect people with similar reading interests, this feature will cut across the boundaries which means people across the geographies can interact with like-minded people on this platform.
 
Rishi Mohan Jha, Head, Rockstand Digital, said, A year back when we launched Rockstand, we knew that we were going to herald a new chapter in the history of eBooks in India. Our aim from the very beginning was to bring difference in Digital reading habits of people and Rock Connect will further strengthen this aim as well as save our environment in the process. This feature will connect us with our readers and create a knowledge exchange platform. The advantage of Rock Connect is that you can keep a track on what is the latest happening in the eBook space.
 
At Rockstand, through Rock Connect, one can get connected with other person of similar reading interest. One can add a friend by sending or receiving invite and can create his/her own profile. After becoming friends, both of them can view each other profile, friend list and books / magazines purchased from the application.
 
One can also give their preferred rating or reviews about a particular eBook or eMagazine and can also update his/her Display status in the profile. Also many more amazing and exciting features are in the pipeline which will be incorporated in the application to give user a superlative experience.
 
The organization has released Beta version as of now. The full version is expected to be released in a few weeks.
