“We have identified two key priorities, one is no security incident. It means that we will ensure no data leakage, nothing in terms of any client data and the IRIS IPR that should be leaked out. We are already taking steps for that and are in implementation of many awareness programs, data protection framework etc. Another will be definitely taking new technologies like adoption of AI and Big Data. We are a software company, so we already identified areas where we can take up AI as key pointers for our clients.
As mentioned earlier, we are a software company, if we do not adopt the innovation we will definitely be out of the market. We are working on some projects that are integrated with AI or RPA.
There are challenges like, we should move to cloud but it has so many security risks that we need to consider. There are some opportunities also like we get a centralized management, cost effective solution as a cloud. But with the cloud, there are so many challenges like to maintain the security, providing the framework to another vendor to maintain. So I think we are actually tackling with this and we are working on that.”
