“Initially we were a small department of Glaze Trading India Pvt. Ltd., but now with the complete governance and process adherence along with the usage of high-end techniques like Prince2 technology, Agile and various others, we have established as a full-fledged IT company – Sakshem IT Pvt. Ltd. The ultimate motive of our company is to make robust business applications that can be easily managed on low maintenance cost basis. 

At present we end to end handle Glaze as one of our esteemed customer. As an IT startup we initiated an Open Source drive for developing our business applications so as to reduce the maintenance costs.Glaze earlier used .NET technology with license cost but then in 2017 we adapted this Open Source drive to reduce the overall cost ofmaintenance and licenses. We evaluated the Open Sourcetechnology for new projects and application development and therefore today Glaze has its successfully running e-commerce platform on an open source technology. Along with this commerce portal we further have created four major projects. It has been a learning journey on ascertaining the mobility towards this Open Source technology.

Within two years of revolution the Sakshem IT team has been gaining confidence and becoming competent enough on this platform and now with time IT is delivering various projects with this drive.”
