Our main endeavour has always been to provide good logistical support and prompt after-sales service to our channel partners. This area of service has always been our forte. And, we intend to further improve on our service and product offerings to our channel partners.”
RAH Intotech has a customer base of over 300 resellers and systems integrators across India. For some time, the company has been into reselling for many products. However, the focus has shifted from reselling to distribution. It intends to have about ten products in its portfolio particularly on the networking and network security front. The company plans to increase its presence further into the eastern part of the country, particularly Kolkata and other smaller cities. It has signed partnerships with some major networking and networking security partners in SMB and mid market space and are in final stages of signing 3 more OEM's for PAN India distribution. RAH is focussing on SMB and mid markets and particular focus on telecom, retail and manufacturing verticals for accelerated growth of the organization.
Commenting on the significance of channel, Amit said, “We realise that channel is the most sensitive block of the sales cycle of any IT business. It becomes imperative for a distribution company to gain trust of the channel through transparency in the business, upholding the ethics, supporting and enabling the channels to sell better and providing technical support i.e. both presales and post sales services to the channel partner's and help them support their customers better. RAH Infotech is committed to making a strong presence in the IT distribution space. We have a clear cut channel focus plan in place and want to be known as a strong value added distribution company. In next few months we will be rolling out some very strong channel programs for our reseller's country wide.”
