PM Modi takes a tweet in a lighter vein
Creating memes has become a trend now. Even the PM is not spared in this latest trend.
Yesterday, Modi posted a picture of him wearing special glasses to watch the solar eclipse, along with a message; “Like many Indians, I too was enthusiastic about #solar eclipse 2019. Unfortunately, I couldn’t see the Sun due to cloud cover, but I did catch a glimpse of the eclipse in Kozhikode and other parts through live stream. Also, enriched my knowledge on the subject by interacting with the experts.”
But after his tweet was seen, netizens took no time to troll him, with their witty comments. The opposition party Congress too washed their linen in the flow.
The party Twitter handle read - “Truly the coolest PM. Modi is so cool, while the country burns, he chills.” #JhootJhootJhoot
To this, the PM replied hours later, “Most welcome... Enjoy,” with a smiley.
