Pine Mobiles joins the race!
Pine Mobiles P Ltd., a Singapore-based company, is all set to officially enter the Indian telecom sector. Rightly named after an evergreen conifer, this new baby is all set to establish itself as an "evergreen brand". Spearheaded by the CEO, Rohit Agarwal, the company is engaged in development and marketing of mobile terminal devices.
Elaborating the marketing plans, Agarwal stated, "We are focussing on in-store branding and forging alliances with retailers. At Pine, we aim to reach 5,000 premium counters by the end of first quarter, which will together account for 70% of the overall retail sales. We will have widest network coverage among all the brands. Trade-friendly policies and marketing investments will only add to its superiority.
Keeping in mind the needs and aspirations of the Indian consumers and believing in a more localized approach, it has come up with all the high-end features and technologies at an extremely affordable prices. The price range of Pine mobiles varies from Rs.1,800-Rs.4000. All are Dual SIM, except for TRIO, which is a 3-SIM phone.
