Pega announces the expansion of AI capabilities of its Infinity software
Pegasystems has announced the latest edition of its Pega Infinity software suite to help transform how organizations quickly deploy apps, create smarter workflows, and deliver better experiences for employees and customers. New features empower brands with enterprise-wide AI that works behind the scenes to increase efficiency, speed innovation, and improve customer interactions for optimal results.

Prediction Widget, which provides deeper insights and transparency into how AI-powered predictions are made, including case routing, probability, and reasoning behind missing service level agreements (SLAs), as well as behaviors like churn, fraud, and risk. Users gain more confidence in their AI with full visibility into what’s driving predictions and recommendations.
Insights and Dashboards, which offer unified, interactive, and collaborative visualization capabilities for table and chart-based insights. Users can intuitively build and personalize dashboards to visually interpret any data to determine trends, areas of success, or those that need improvement, and can easily share those insights with others within their organization.
Pega Robot Studio enhancements, which have completely revamped the build experience. This makes it faster and easier for users of all skill levels to create and deploy reliable bots that automate tedious tasks and help make business processes more efficient.
