Paytm geared to launch its own messaging service

You can make your own network secured with your own interface, so that the generated data can be used in multiple ways. Since, we are living in the age of data science, To further protect the customer of Paytm, sources revelled , Paytm is expected to launch a chat messenger in its app to allow its user base of over 230 million( the no. is increasing day by day) ,active users in a month, to communicate effectively within its network.
The messaging service - letting users send audio, video, pictures and text - within its app by the end of the month. The move will see Paytm offer up serious competition to WhatsApp.
With a strong mobile market and the recent ban on high-value banknotes, Promotion of digital economy become an integral part of the government's strategy and the result has shown on the acceptance of Digi Payment in India and there is also evidence for increased digital transactions. Moreover, now Banks are encouraged to introduce 20 lakh Aadhaar based POS by September 2017. To capitalise the opportunity Paytm is looking to create a one-stop place for its users, offering not just payments but also an ecommerce platform, investment options in digital gold as well as booking services. The company also recently launched its payment bank.
There is no doubt on customer is the king, when you have the trusted customer base, you can add on any services ,which could bring the service as a value addition. The biggest advantage is ,strong support of the present government, committed for the growth of smart payment/Digi Payment, Paytm’s will have it’s own advantage in getting traction on such services , because of the highest customer base in the country.
