The Pandemic has brought in growth to the IT sector. Most of the Organization has realized how important IT is to their Organization. As most of us are working from home and still our work has not been hampered. The Organization has realized that because of IT, they are able to perform the work from home scenario and are able to deliver the deliverables on time.
Expanding Service Offerings
We feel that this is not the right time to expand to new geographies. And as most of us are working from home and able to support and sell in new regions through digital marketing initiatives. Customers are preferring online meetings on MS Teams, Zoom, etc. we feel we are able to cater to the new geographies. Infact our digital marketing initiative has brought in customers to us from other geographies.
Available Solutions to Penetrate
Remote working is going to stay for another 1 year worldwide. We have been offering multiple solutions like VDI, Cloud, SAAS modules to our customers. Customers have started accepting this solution, as the need of the hour is Employee Safety. We are happy that we have done some good deployment of VDI solutions for our customers.
Strategic Plans In 2021
Well the year 2021 would be unpredictable. We are recovering from 2nd wave of pandemic and there is a buzz that there could be 3rd wave of pandemic also. Hence this 2021 would be quite challenging. However, we are going all out in supporting our customers in their existing infra and giving them options of moving to cloud for better scalability.
