Panasonic expands its “Eluga series” with Eluga A3 and A3Pro
Panasonic India has launched the power-packed Eluga A3 and A3Pro with the appointment of Bollywood celebrity Taapsee Pannu as a new face of its smartphone business. The company has also unveiled its latest brand campaign “so much to do” for the new Eluga product series, allowing the user to do so much.
The launched happened in the presence of Manish Sharma, President & CEO, Panasonic, India & South Asia, Vice-President, Appliances Company and Executive Officer Panasonic Corporation; Pankaj Rana, Business Head – Mobility Division, Panasonic India; and actor Tapsee Pannu.
Pankaj Rana, Business Head, Mobility Division, Panasonic India, said, “Further to the positive response of Eluga Ray series, we are happy to introduce two more powerful smartphones in the Eluga portfolio – Eluga A3 and A3 Pro. With the new improved features and enhanced quality the user will be able to do so much more. The smartphones come in three stunning colours – Mocha Gold, Gold and Grey which define and complement consumer’s style quotient. Also, our AI Assistant – Arbo will track and understand all your activities and help you make a schedule so that you don’t miss out on anything from your daily routine.”
Panasonic A3 comes with 9.1mm lightweight devices and 5.2” HD display, while the other Eluga A3 Pro comes with Full HD screen with Asahi Dragon Trial glass. Both the devices boast a 13MP camera with LED flash and Phase Detection Auto Focus and 8MP front cameras superb selfies. The full metal body smartphone with split-screen feature comes with a massive 4,000mAh battery, thereby giving it ample backup to last for a day. Panasonic Eluga A3 and A3 Pro equipped with ARBO the virtual assistant are priced at Rs.11,290 and Rs.12,790, respectively.
Conveying elegance, the Eluga A3 and A3 Pro offer 16GB and 32GB internal storage, respectively and support expandable storage up to 128GB via a microSD card slot. The devices are power-driven by 1.25 GHz, MTK 6737 Quad-core (Eluga A3) and 1.3GHz, MTK6753 Octa-core processor (Eluga A3 Pro). The 4G VoLTE-enabled smartphones provide additional security to the user with the Front Fingerprint Sensor. Both the devices are paired with 3GB RAM, Android 7.0 Nougat and Google Duo for user-friendly one-on-one video calling and for connecting faster.
Eluga A3 and A3 Pro will be available from 10th August, 2017 onwards across all Panasonic brand shops and other retail outlets across the country.
