 I am the Co-founder and Director of Network Techlab and as my role has progressed over the years, I am now responsible for taking care of Network Techlab's strategic decisions to move forward. Our vision and mission are to adopt new technology and apply those solutions in areas of information and operational technology. This helps to solve the customers’ business challenges and helps them achieve their goals. We are also happy to announce that this is our operation's silver jubilee year.

In a chat with VARINDIA, Atul Gosar, Co-founder & Director of Network Techlab (I) has delved deep about their digital transformation journey, their core competencies etc.

How was the digital transformation journey and how has it aided employees and customers?
In recent times we have come to learn that business resiliency is the most important aspect of any business operations stream. We have taken this as a challenge and have made several changes in our working pattern, adoption of technology, resources, and quality assurance. We have also made significant changes that helped us in improving our communication, made workflow management better, and fundamentally increased our efficiency to deliver a better customer experience. We understand that Digital Transformation begins with core changes in the operational processes and have developed our own services, using OEM tools and expertise within our team.

Recently, we launched our own portfolio of Managed IT Services and Managed Cybersecurity Services. Our services help customers gain absolute visibility within their infrastructure. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technology have radically saved the time of the customer and enabled all of us as a community to build a digital transformation journey at our core. Combining products, expertise, approach, and services has helped us to become a trusted partner for technology by implanting Lenovo solutions within the infrastructure. We also provide services like Asset Recovery Services, Lenovo Premier Support & Onsite Installation along with extended warranty support to our customers.

What are your core competencies and how do you plan to further develop your portfolio?
As a technology systems integrator, we keep learning new technology and build system solutions to help solve the customers' business challenges. Our ongoing plans are built around innovation. We have recently added Network as services for which we see great demand. Our plan is to market it to existing and new customers.

Our core competency goes hand in hand with the digital transformation objectives of our customers. Starting from IT to data centre technology, operational technology and automation technology, we have all the requirements to help our customers in their transformation journey. Quality products offered by us such as Lenovo ThinkPad & Thinkbook laptops, desktops, have been market differentiators.

What kind of services and solutions do you provide your customers?  Do you see a higher preference for a particular service or solution by them?
The current modern IT infrastructure includes Laptops/Desktops, Data Storage Solutions, Modern Data Protection, Business Continuity Solutions, etc. Business Continuity can’t be achieved if we do not secure our data correctly and that is the reason we have a suite of Cybersecurity Solutions.
