In each of the verticals that we are present and the sub-segments therein we would like to carve out dominant positions. We plan to be available in all major metros and calls A/B cities within 2018 by way of product availability.
What is your selling 'mantra'? What is your retail or channel strategy?
Our selling mantra is to be transparent in our claims, offer products that are unique by way of features, and delight the customer. Our retail and channel strategy is focusing on winning over our channel as they recognize the value we bring to the customer.
What is your strategy to build your brand presence in the market?
Our first focus is to ensure maximum placement of product with leading retailers. We provide amazing support to the channel by way of branding collaborations.
What is the level of competition you witness in the automotive accessory space?
The market is split between imported brands which tend to be overpriced and local brands which tend to compromise on specs but are price focused. We focus on quality which is at par if not better than the best enabling us to carve our own position.
What does the future hold for this market in India?
This market will become very large as the number of vehicles on the road continues to expand in a dramatic fashion. The unfortunate by product of this is congestion on the road and more time on the road. Thus the need to have comfort within the car will drive the size of the market.
