Going forward, Creative sees itself as technology enablers. Artificial Intelligence, IoT (internet of things) and Blockchain will change the world and Creative will make its bet on companies who are specialising in these technologies. Its plan for 2018 is to digitize its system from Communication to CRM;italso plans to have its system digitally equipped and have a responsive website that will cater to a complete solution from channel and end customers.
Creative Peripheral specializes in market penetration, and for that it needs to have a strong presence in the Channel market. The company has its presence in markets PAN India and has set up its offices there.Currently it has its presence in 26 locations across India, and has plans for expansion and come up with more offices and to provide its services to more number of markets.
